Glenn Cooke BMath, MMT

President

Glenn is a thought leader in the life insurance industry. Glenn started working in insurance and technology in 1986, including a stint in actuarial and pricing at a life insurance company. He was amongst the first 1000 companies to accept credit cards online in Canada, and his website was the first to offer online life insurance quotes in Canada. In 2006 he led the industry in providing insurance remotely; his processes were used by life insurance companies as models for their guidelines. In 2025, he launched Canada's first proprietary life insurance AI Consultant. And all of that is just the platform to do what he does best — help Canadian families get the best life insurance policies at the best prices.

Glenn has a B.Math (with a minor in actuarial science) and Masters, Math Teaching. In his free time he continues with expanding his actuarial education, collects antique insurance books, and acts as the webmaster for the internet's busiest actuarial discussion forum. Glenn is our family and middle market insurance expert.

Customer Service

Barb started working with insurance clients in the 1990's. She handles our administration and customer service. You can be confident that any questions or tasks you leave with her will be dealt with promptly and completely.

Stan Dragnev BA

Developer

Stan's been working our systems and processes for over a decade. An experienced and talented developer, he ensures our systems work smoothly. Stan has a B.A. Computer Science from York University.

Sahil Pradhan BMath

AI Developer

Sahil and The Term Guy met through a shared love of the Canadian outdoors. A recent University of Waterloo Math graduate, he's actively interested in exploring all the benefits that AI has to offer the life insurance industry.
